Michelle Cooper is a director and a member of the firm's education law and governmental services practice groups. Michelle has extensive experience working with educational institutions and municipalities in grievance resolution and arbitration hearings, workers' compensation, employee and student discipline, employee dismissal matters, unfair labor practice matters, employment discrimination and retaliation, policy development, student bullying, statutory and regulatory compliance, collective bargaining and labor relations, wage and hour matters, unemployment compensation, civil litigation defense matters, tort claims, and intellectual property matters. She is a frequent speaker for continuing education seminars on education and labor and employment related topics.
