Lindsey Eckert has worked in the legal field for over 15 years. Her primary focus is in commercial lending and real estate transactions, where she works with various lenders in each stage of SBA commercial lending and real estate financing transactions. She assists in all aspects of SBA and government-guaranteed financing transactions, which includes preparing loan documents, deeds and mortgages, in addition to Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) lien perfection, due diligence review, the review, analysis and resolution of title and survey issues, and organizing and assisting through the closing and financing of each transaction. Lindsey also has experience in the areas of civil and domestic litigation, commercial evictions and related landlord/tenant remedies, statutory and judicial mortgage foreclosures, family law and domestic matters, and bankruptcy filings. She also coordinates the preparation of real estate conveyance documents and contracts, pleadings and correspondences, and performs real property searches for several departments in the firm.
In her spare time, Lindsey enjoys spending time with her husband and two young sons.
