Estate Planning, Utility Law, Health and Disability Insurance Law
Jennifer Terry advocates for consumers in regulated industries such as energy and health insurance, providing a full range of estate and elder law planning services including denial of health or disability insurance benefits. Jennifer helps clients receive benefits they are entitled to under their insurance policy or to plan or apply for Medicaid benefits. She is guided in these areas of practice by her own past experience in dealing with a serious health condition.
Jennifer has several years of experience in administrative law, particularly with matters before the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission involving public or municipal utilities. She serves as the Legislative Director for Indiana Energy Consumers, Inc. (INDIEC).
