Practice Areascivil litigation; class actions; appeals Terry Horne is a member of the firm's civil litigation group. Terry joined the firm for several months in 2006, returning in 2007 after a year-long clerkship with a federal judge. Prior to becoming an attorney, he was a seasoned journalist, working for the Birmingham Post-Herald in Birmingham, Alabama, and then as a reporter and editor at The Indianapolis News and The Indianapolis Star in Indianapolis, Indiana. During those years, he wrote on a variety of investigative and social issues ranging from prison corruption to immigration, resulting in numerous state awards.
