Practice AreasUtility law and family law; civil litigation including personal injury. Mr. Stewart served as Chairman of the Indiana State Bar Association Utility Law Section for 2009. He has represented industrial consumers in disputes with utilities, contract negotiations with utilities, and rate and other proceedings before the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission and the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio. He has also represented residential consumers in matters concerning both regulated and unregulated water and sewer utilities, both before the IURC and in the Indiana Courts. In addition, Mr. Stewart has substantial experience representing a sewer utility in matters before the IURC and Indiana Courts. The second area of practice focus for Mr. Stewart is family law. He has represented clients in a broad spectrum of family law matters including divorce, prenuptial agreements, child support and child custody matters, parenting time (visitation), and others. His goal is to help his clients through difficult situations with the least possible stress and conflict. In addition, he has maintained a practice in personal injury, medical malpractice and civil litigation generally.
