Steve Tuchman’s practice focuses primarily upon a wide variety of immigration issues. In addition, he calls upon many years of experience in real estate and business related matters and is a Commissioner on the Indianapolis Historic Preservation Commission. He has assisted numerous clients to obtain visas to enter the United States and resolve disputes with immigration authorities. Mr. Tuchman has written and lectured widely on immigration and nationality law.
He speaks Danish as a second language and serves as the Honorary Consul for Denmark in Indiana and Kentucky.
Mr. Tuchman is also active in the Indianapolis arts community, currently serving as a Commissioner on the Indiana Arts Commission, Chairman of the American Cabaret Theatre’s Board of Directors, and has represented clients in the sports and entertainment fields.
In October 2005, Mr. Tuchman was appointed by the Mexican Secretary of Foreign Relations to represent the Government of Mexico and its Consulate in Indianapolis.
