Steve Griesemer practices in the areas of intellectual property law, utility law and general business services. Mr. Griesemer has worked with clients ranging from artists, musicians and business entrepreneurs to multinational and municipal organizatrions. His legal experience includes the representation of top-selling global entertainment artists, film studios and multimedia technology companies. In 2004, Mr. Griesemer played a lead role in the drafting and negotiation of a $42 million dollar information technology outsourcing agreement on behalf of the City of Indianapolis and Marion County. In 2005 Mr. Griesemer worked for the City of Lawrence to have its multi-million dollar operating agreement with Lawrence utilities declared invalid on summary judgment. Mr. Griesemer also practices extensively in the more traditional areas of business-related law, advising and assisting clients in matters such as real estate, utility and administrative law.
