Practice AreasUtility law, intellectual property, entertainment, new media and e-commerce law, administrative law and commercial litigation. Steve Griesemer has worked with clients ranging from large industrial corporations, municipal organizations, international film studios and start-up technology companies. His legal experience includes the preparation of Requests for Proposals (RFPs), outsourcing agreements and statements of work for complex information technology transactions, including applications development, networking, IP licensing, ASP and OEM agreements. He has represented telecommunications companies in securing CTA's and franchise agreements, and large industrial corporations in rate case proceedings before the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission. He has also represented plaintiffs and defendants in state and federal court on a broad range of contested matters involving commercial leases, vendor agreements, e-commerce and domain name disputes. Mr. Griesemer is also licensed as an attorney in California and has substantial transactional experience in representing global entertainment artists, producers, mixers, composers, publishers, studios and distributors, advising on an array of traditional and new media issues, including digital distribution and royalty disputes.
