Steve Griesemer has worked with clients ranging from municipal organizations to international film studios. His legal experience covers transactional, regulatory and litigation proceedings, including negotiation of multi-million dollar information technology agreements on behalf of private and public clients, complex rate-making proceedings before the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission, and commercial litigation in state and federal court. Mr. Griesemer has substantial experience in representing global entertainment artists, studios, Web sites and telecommunication companies, and has applied his knowledge of copyright and e-commerce to assist clients in the areas of digital file sharing, digital data warehousing, and domain name disputes.
