Randall Rogers has experience in a wide range of litigation matters. Randall has represented individuals and businesses who are both plaintiffs and defendants in a variety of contexts including personal injury actions, shareholder disputes, breach of contract cases, misappropriation of intellectual property, real estate disputes, and all manner of felony and misdemeanor crimes. Early in his career, Randall was a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney in Marion County and was eventually attached to the Grand Jury Division where he investigated and prosecuted financial crimes including corporate malfeasance, racketeering, securities fraud, and misappropriation of public monies. During his tenure, he secured millions of dollars in restitution to individuals, companies, and government entities. Upon leaving the Prosecutor's office in 2003, Randall joined a Boone County firm and practiced in the areas of personal injury, land-use and zoning, and general litigation. Seeking new challenges, he returned to Indianapolis in 2006 and opened a small firm focusing on personal injury and criminal defense. While the "small shop" experience was exciting and rewarding, Randall sought a more collaborative environment and an opportunity to expand his practice, and joined Lewis & Kappes in 2008.
