Immigration and International Law; Securities and Corporate Law

Mr. Moreno is an associate in the Securities and Immigration Group. In his Securities Practice, he assists his clients with the structure and documentation of public and private securities offerings and regulatory issues. In his Immigration Practice, he assists clients in the acquisition of family and employment based visas to enter the United States and in the resolution of general immigration issues. He has undertaken pro bono cases in conjunction with Indiana University School of law-Indianapolis and volunteers his services for not-for-profit organizations, such as the Neighborhood Christian Legal Clinic and and Child Advocacy, Inc..

Prior to joining the firm as an associate, Mr. Moreno was a summer associate and a law clerk at the Firm. He also was a legal assistant to Howard S. Grimm, Jr., Public Defender, where he assisted with preparation of criminal hearings and trials. He also clerked for the Honorable Judge George E. Brown, LaGrange Superior Court, during which he was responsible for legal research and legal memorandum preparation. He served as an interpreter for the LaGrange County Superior, Circuit, and Traffic Courts.

In October, 2005, Mr. Moreno was appointed by the Mexican Secretary of Foreign Relations to represent the Consulate of Mexico in Indianapolis.
