Energy and utility law.

After a distinguished career as an Indiana State Senator, Les Duvall reentered private practice with Lewis and Kappes in 1995. He has put his years of experience in government utility and energy regulation, as a Senator, Administrative Law Judge, and Chair of the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission, to use for his current clients. Mr. Duvall also frequently testifies before legislative bodies regarding proposed legislation or regulations that may adversely affect Lewis & Kappes clients.
