Kevin focuses his practice on civil litigation, commercial lending and creditors' rights issues, real estate, and family law. Kevin has experience representing a wide range of clients in state courts throughout Indiana and federal courts throughout Indiana and Michigan. Kevin regularly advises institutional clients on a variety of matters with an emphasis on liability defense and trucking accidents. Additionally, Kevin has utilized his finance background to counsel clients involved in the negotiation and sale of commercial real estate and closely-held businesses. In law school, Kevin worked as an Intern for the City Prosecutors in Casa Grande and Avondale, Arizona. While an undergraduate, Kevin spent a semester at Oriel College, Oxford University, studying International Finance and Politics.
