Joseph D. Lawson joined Lewis & Kappes in 2007. He is currently an associate in the firm's commercial lending and corporate groups. Mr. Lawson has experience in a wide range of legal matters including SBA commercial lending, real estate transactions, business law, and civil litigation.
While in law school, Mr. Lawson served as an Articles Editor for the Indiana International and Comparative Law Review and provided supplemental instruction for first-year law students as a Civil Procedure Fellow for the Dean's Tutorial Society. He also served as a Research Assistant for Professor John L. Hill. In 2006, Mr. Lawson worked as a summer associate for the firm.
