Duane O'Neal uses his experience in the law, his MBA, and his practical experience to maximize his versatility and competency as a lawyer. His practice is focused primarily on real estate and business matters, but he has developed a strong expertise in many practice areas. Mr. O'Neal frequently practices in the area of family law, representing individuals in contested divorces and post-divorce matters. He is also experienced in the areas of municipal law, representing counties and other localities in a wide range of disputes with taxpayers and other entities. Additionally, Mr. O'Neal helps willing parties avoid the long and expensive litigation process through mediation and arbitration. Mr. O'Neal practices a personal philosophy that demands him to provide his clients with benefits that will exceed the cost of his services.
