Mr. Robbins is a Director in the Immigration Group, where he primarily assists clients in the acquisition of family and employment based visas to enter the United States and in the resolution of general immigration issues. He undertakes pro bono cases for ministries and not-for-profit organizations. Mr. Robbins has served on the Board of Directors for the American Immigration Lawyers Association, where he also serves as a Mentor, and has contributed as Chair, Vice Chair, Secretary, and Treasurer of the Indiana Chapter. Mr. Robbins also has served as General Counsel and Board Member for Love INC of Greater Hancock County and as Vice President and Board Member for Sister Cities of Greenfield, Inc. He is a member of the Indiana State Bar Association, The Florida Bar, and the Hancock County (Indiana) Bar Association. Prior to joining the Firm in 2011, Mr. Robbins was a Partner with Rund Wallman & Robbins LLP, where he worked from 2003 to 2011. He also was employed as Director of Legal and External Affairs for the Indiana Professional Standards Board (now part of the Indiana Department of Education) from 1997 to 1998. Mr. Robbins gained experience with appellate law as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Jonathan J. Robertson, Indiana Court of Appeals, First District, from 1990 to 1997, and as a Law Clerk to the Office of the Attorney General of Indiana, Appellate Division, from 1986 to 1990. Mr. Robbins has served as an Instructor (Law) with Vincennes University and has been on numerous panels regarding seminars in Immigration Law for Continuing Legal Education, Human Resource associations, and Higher Education workshops. Mr. Robbins also studied German at the Ludwig-Maximilians Universitaet in Munich, Germany.
