Peter French honored as outstanding community leader
(Indianapolis Business Journal, February 7, 2005) Peter French, a director with Lewis & Kappes, P.C. has been named by the Indianapolis Business Journal as one of 40 people in Indianapolis under the age of 40 who is a standout member of the local business community.
At age 33, Peter won a multi-million verdict in his first trial in Federal Court, representing an entrepreneur in a case involving the misappropriation of intellectual property.
Peter continues to represent business in complex litigation. He recently and successfully represented local developers in disputes with national drugstore companies. He is currently involved, among other representations, in defending class action lawsuits and prosecuting lawsuits relating to whether general environmental exclusions in insurance coverage preclude insuror liability in asbestos claims.
