Lewis & Kappes Becomes Affiliate Member Of Nadco

Lewis & Kappes has become an affiliate member of NADCO (National Association of Development Companies). NADCO is a national trade association of Certified Development Companies ("CDCs"), which have been authorized by the Small Business Administration to provide financing to small businesses under the SBA 504 program.

In conjunction with Lewis & Kappes' affiliation with NADCO, Christopher Poling (Director) has become certified to represent CDCs in SBA 504 loan transactions. A CDC is a not-for-profit entity set up to contribute to the economic development of its community or region. CDCs work with the SBA and private-sector lenders to provide financing to small businesses in transactions involving major fixed assets such as land and buildings. Mr. Poling's practice continues to focus significantly on representing lenders in commercial transactions in Indiana, Michigan and Ohio.
