Jennifer Wheeler Terry Authors Administrative Law Article

Jennifer Wheeler Terry's article "Survey of Administrative Law" was published in Volume 40, No. 4 of the Indiana Law Review. The survey article reviews notable Indiana cases as well as statutory changes to the Indiana Code in the area of administrative law from October 1, 2005 to September 30, 2006.

Jennifer Terry joined Lewis & Kappes in 1998 and became a Director of the firm in 2005. Jennifer graduated from Purdue University in 1992 with an undergraduate degree in Materials Science and Engineering. Prior to law school, Jennifer worked 3 years for Intel Corporation at its semiconductor fabricating facility in Rio Rancho, New Mexico and also interned at Inland Steel in East Chicago, Indiana. Jennifer graduated from Indiana University - Bloomington, Magna Cum Laude, in 1998. She concentrates her law practice in the areas of utility law and family law.
