Six Lewis & Kappes Attorneys Named “Indiana Super Lawyers” for 2006
Six Lewis & Kappes attorneys have been named “Super Lawyers” in the Indiana Super Lawyers 2006 edition sponsored by Law & Politics and Indianapolis Monthly. The six are:
Peter French – Business Litigation
Gary Price – General Litigation
Todd Richardson – Appellate
Tom Ruge – Immigration
Steve Tuchman – Immigration
Jack Wickes – Energy/Oil & Gas
The only Super Lawyers in the Immigration practice area were the two Lewis & Kappes attorneys. Lewis & Kappes was also the only private practice firm to have a Super Lawyer in the Energy/Oil & Gas area.
The designation as an Indiana Super Lawyer occurs through a careful selection process that begins with a survey of active Indiana lawyers, followed by review a blue ribbon panel for each practice area, independent research and verification, and a final selection process. As explained in Indiana Super Lawyers 2006, “Super Lawyers are outstanding attorneys in Indiana, representing a wide range of practice areas, firm sizes and geographic locations. Only the top five percent of the lawyers in the state are named Super Lawyers.”
