The selection process for "Indiana Super Lawyers 2008" included a statewide survey of Indiana lawyers, independent research, peer review through blue ribbon panels, and final selection within three categories of firms. The Super Lawyers listing has been published by Law & Politics and Indianapolis Monthly each year since 2004, and Lewis & Kappes attorneys have appeared consistently. The 2008 edition states, "Only 5 percent of the total lawyers in Indiana are listed in SuperLawyers."
